Who we are
GotFoundByAI builds AI-ready websites and digital foundations for local service businesses, then hands them off to the owner. This site, gotfoundbyai.com, is our marketing site. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not scrape it, attack it, break into it, or interfere with how it runs. Do not send fake or automated form submissions. Do not copy our content and pass it off as your own.
The contact form, and your OK to be contacted
Our contact form asks for two things: your name and your phone number. When you send it, you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree that we may call or text you about that inquiry. Standard message and data rates from your phone carrier may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or email us at richnicholpro@gmail.com — and we will stop. Only send a phone number you are allowed to use.
No guarantees
Everything on this site is information, not a promise. Search engines and AI assistants change how they work all the time, so we cannot guarantee any ranking, mention, lead, or amount of revenue. If you hire us, the paid work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us, and that agreement controls, not this page.
Our content is ours
The design, text, images, logo, and code on this site belong to GotFoundByAI and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read the site and link to it. You may not reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to websites we do not run, such as client sites and Google. We are not responsible for their content, their products, or what they do with your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply while you are on them.
As is, and limits on what we owe you
The site is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, GotFoundByAI is not liable for any damages that come from using this site, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
