What we collect

Two things, and that is all. First, what you type into our contact form: your name and your phone number. That is the whole form — there is no email field and no message box. Second, basic usage data from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: the pages you view, roughly where you are, the browser and device you use, and how you reached the site. Those tools use cookies.

There are no accounts on this site, no logins, no payments, and no newsletter. We do not store your form submission in a database.

How we use it

We use your name and phone number to reply to your inquiry — by call or text — and nothing else. We use the usage data to see which pages people read and how the site is performing.

Who else sees it

Three service providers are involved in running this site:

• Google — runs reCAPTCHA v3, which checks that a form was sent by a person and not a bot, and runs Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Resend — the email service that delivers your inquiry to our inbox.
• Vercel — the company that hosts this site and serves its pages.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We would only share it if the law required us to.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We do not set any of our own — the Google tools above set theirs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn off Google Analytics everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works either way.

How long we keep it

Your inquiry arrives as an email in our inbox. We keep it as long as we need it to answer you and for our own business records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

Email us at richnicholpro@gmail.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us to stop contacting you and we stop.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the small amount of information we collect, and we rely on established providers to do the same. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.

Changes and contact
